Black Forest Cake
Black Forest cake is undoubtedly one of the most famous pastries in the world of cakes. This cake is a chocolate cake soaked in Kirschwasser I.e a clear Sprit made from tart cherries.This Kirschwasser is the one which gives the cake a very distinct flavour. Since this cake is made for my kids , here I am using cherry juice , in which the the cherries are preserved. There are many versions of this popular cake and here is my version.
