Making sprouts at home is not a hard job. It just needs some planning and of course soaking of different beans. The mung or moong beans are the easiest to sprout and are a very good addition to daily foods especially in summertime, as moong helps to keep the body cool. Here I have used a sprout maker , which has 2 layers. This helps constant production of sprouts. But of course like traditional times , sprouts can be made using a cheesecloth. Keep in mind to place the cheesecloth in a box , to crate humidity and also slightly wet the cloth do that there is room for sprouting to happen. More warm the temperatures are the longer the sprouts !
